If you’re like most people, you probably have a few accounts with UPS. Maybe you use them to ship packages or pick up your mail. But if you’re like most people, you probably don’t use your UPS account to actually order things from the store. If that’s the case, it might be time to delete your account. Here’s how:
- Go to ups.com and sign in.
- On the main page, click on “My Account.”
- On the My Account page, under “Account Type,” select “UPS Shipping.” 4. Under “Your Account,” click on “Deactivate My Account.” 5. Enter your account number and password and click on “Deactivate My Account.” 6. You’ll now be taken to a confirmation page where you can confirm that you want to deactivate your account. 7. Once you’ve confirmed deactivation, your account will be deleted and all of its information will be gone forever! ..
Select the Administration option. Select the Cancel Enrollment link in the upper right corner of the Company Users screen. The Cancel Enrollment pop-up window will appear. The Company Administrator will be asked to choose a valid reason for cancellation.

To update your user profile, go to Settings Select My Settings, and then Edit User Profile. You can change important details in your user profile, such as phone number or extension, on this page.
Unfortunately, you are unable to modify your account email address since our orders are linked to specific emails. If you wish to use a new email address for your UPS Today account, you’ll need to create a new account with that email address.
Go to the My Settings menu and choose Search Address from the Corporate or Personal Address Book. The results page will refresh. Choose a specific address book entry and hit Delete. A Delete Confirmation page will appear.
