Disney has a lot of ways to keep you entertained, but one of their most popular attractions is the Epcot theme park. If you’re ever feeling overwhelmed or have a question about something, it’s best to ask a cast member. But sometimes they might not be available or might not know how to help. Here are some tips on how to delete a ticket from your Disney experience:
- Go through the Guest Services desk and ask for help deleting tickets. They will usually be able to help you out and will give you some instructions on what to do next.
- If you’re having trouble finding your way around the park, take a map with you and mark all of the areas that interest you so that when it comes time to delete your ticket, you can easily find where it is.
- If everything else fails and deletion doesn’t work for you, go through Guest Services again and explain what happened. They may be more willing to help if they think there was something wrong with your ticket in the first place.
To begin, go to the “Tickets & Passes” portion of the App. Then choose “Delete This Ticket” from the ticket you wish to remove. If this option isn’t showing for you, I recommend contacting Guest Information at.
Remove the pass you wish to remove. Select from the top-right corner. Choose “Remove” or “Remove All” from the drop-down menu.
If someone on your “Family & Friends” list hasn’t yet used a paperless ticket, you may re-assign it to them within the My Disney Experience app. Select the ticket you’d like to change in the “My Reservations” section of the app, then click the “Reassign Ticket” button next to it.
You may quickly connect to everyone on your friend’s Disney Resort hotel reservation if you have one yourself. Simply type a name into the field if you’re creating a new Family & Friends list or want to add your children or others who don’t have Disney accounts.
You must call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations to add visitors, and a Cast Member will be delighted to assist you with changing your existing Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package or Room Only Reservation to accommodate your new guests.
