If you want to delete a slide show file from your computer, there are a few different ways to go about it. The easiest way is to use the SlideShare app on your phone or tablet. Delete a slide on your Android phone or tablet by opening a presentation in the Google Slides app. Touch and hold the slide you’d want to delete at the bottom. If you’d like to remove multiple slides, do it now. Select More from the drop-down menu. Delete was chosen as the option by default.
To remove a slide, right-click the slide (under the slide sorter) and then select Delete Slide. This way, your PowerPoint presentation will no longer have your slide in it.
Check to see whether the slide you want to remove from the side menu is highlighted. There will be a button allowing you to erase that slide. If not, it’s possible that your computer has frozen; try restarting it.
