If you’re the owner of a business and someone has left a negative review on Yelp, Facebook, or any other online review site, it’s important to know how to delete that review. Here’s how:

  1. Log into your account on the review site.
  2. Click on the “Reviews” tab at the top of the page.
  3. Find the review you want to delete and click on it.
  4. On the “Review Details” page, click on the “Delete this Review” button next to the user’s name. ..

Open Google Maps on your computer. Click Menu in the upper left corner. Select Your contributions from the drop-down menu. Reviews will be shown if any exist. Next to the review, you wish to change or remove, click More. After that, choose Edit review or Delete review and follow the on-screen instructions.

Open your Google account and sign in. Open Google Maps. In the top left corner, click Menu. Select Your Contributions from the drop-down menu. Choose Reviews from the menu of choices. More options may be found beneath a particular review, as shown by clicking More next to it. Choose to Delete to remove it.

Unfortunately, Google does not provide a straightforward “delete” option for its reviews. The person who submitted the review can remove it, and your company may “flag the review as inappropriate.” Flagging the review informs Google that the review is fraudulent or that it does not follow Google’s guidelines.

Go to Google Maps using your Google account. Locate your company using search. Select “All reviews” in the drop-down menu under “Business reviews.” Select “All Reviews” from the drop-down menu under “Business reviews.” On the three dots, click the option to select “All Reviews.

File a Legal Removal Request for Your Business’s Negative Review. If your company is being slandered, this might be a violation of federal law in the United States.
