If you’re like most people, you probably have at least one Photoshop account. But if you’re like many people who use Photoshop for creative purposes, you may also have a few other accounts that you use for work or personal projects. Deleting an account can be a pain, but it’s not impossible. Here’s how to do it:
- Log in to your Photoshop account and click the “Account” button in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- On the “Account Info” page, click the “Delete Account” link next to your username.
- If you’ve used this account for work or personal projects with clients or collaborators, be sure to provide them with a way to contact you if they need your help with anything related to those projects. Click the “I Agree” button and then click the “Delete Account” button again to finish deleting your account. ..
Log in to your Adobe account. Go to the ‘Plans’ tab at the top of the page. Click ‘Manage plan’ for the subscription you wish to cancel. Select ‘Plan & payment.’ Click ‘Cancel plan.’ Select a reason for canceling and continue by clicking ‘Continue.’
So, go to: https://account.adobe.com/plans (or use the menus to navigate to your account, then plans). You’ll be able to cancel your plan by clicking the “manage plan” button on the plan you want to end (you may have more than one plan).
When you cancel your membership, it will be effective for either one month (if purchased) or six months (if free) from the date of cancellation. You may terminate your subscription at any time by going to your Adobe Account page or contacting Customer Care. If you cancel within the first 14 days of your paid membership, you will not be charged.
Begin the license cancellation procedure for your current situation. When offered a price reduction or a move to a different plan, go for the cheapest new one (for me it was photography). Once your membership has been updated, start the cancellation process again right away.
If you find an additional charge on your bill, it’s possible that: You canceled a yearly plan before its renewal date, and incurred an early termination fee. You purchased extra Stock photos (beyond your monthly subscription).
