If you have an Apple ID, you can delete a phone from your account by going to the “Accounts” section of the Apple website and clicking on the “Deactivate Phone” button.

If you’ve enabled two-factor authentication on your Apple ID, deleting a device will prevent it from displaying verification codes. It won’t have access to iCloud or other Apple services until you sign in again using two-factor authentication, such as Find My.
