If you have an Instagram account and want to delete it, here are some tips:
- Log in to your account and click on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen. This will take you to your settings.
- Scroll down and click on the “delete account” button.
- Type in your username and password and hit “delete.” Your account will be deleted and all of your photos will be gone.
To delete a joint account on Instagram, the account holder must have the password for that account. This means that if one of the account holders wants to delete the joint account, they will need to contact the other person who has access to it and ask them for their password. If they refuse, then there is no way to delete the account.
