If you’re ever feeling overwhelmed by the sheer number of options available on Netflix, there’s an easy way to deactivate a device so that you can focus on what you want to watch. Here’s how:

  1. Open the Netflix app on your device.
  2. Tap on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen.
  3. Select Settings from the menu that pops up.
  4. Under “General,” tap on “Device Management.”
  5. Under “Device Management,” tap on “Activate Device.”
  6. Enter your password if prompted and tap Activate Device again.
  7. If you want to deactivate a specific device, enter its serial number or IMEI number and tap Activate Device again. ..

To remove a device, go to the profile menu and select More or more options. Select Account from the drop-down menu. Choose Manage Download Devices from the list of options. On any device, you wish to delete, press the Remove button.

Sorry, but this gadget can’t be removed right now. You’ve reached your limit of a total number of surfing deactivations. If you want to get rid of downloads from your device, go to the Play Store and remove them there.

Go to your Netflix home page and sign in. The account symbol is in the upper right corner. Click “Account” after mousing over it. Scroll down and click the “Activity” button under “Recent device streaming activity.” Then select “View recent account access” from the drop-down menu.

Does Netflix notify me if someone else is watching my account? Unless all of your streams are being utilized at once, you won’t know if anyone else is viewing movies on your Netflix account.

Open the app on your iOS or Android device and then tap the icon in the upper-left corner. When the pane opens, scroll down to and select “Account.” Then go back up a level and select “Sign out of all devices.” Finally, select “Sign Out” to complete the task.
