If you’re a PlayStation Vita owner, there’s a good chance you’ve already created a new PSN account. But if you’re not sure how to do it, we’ve got the answer for you. First, open the PlayStation Vita’s Settings app and click on the Accounts & Security tab. Under “Accounts,” select “New PSN Account.” Next, enter your name and password (if any) and click on the “Create Account” button. You’ll be asked to provide some basic information about yourself such as your gender and age. After creating your account, you can start playing games on your PS Vita by logging in with that new account.

On your PlayStation 4 home screen, select [Settings] > [Start] > [PlayStation Network]. Select the option to sign up for a new account and then agree with the Terms of Service and User Agreement. Input your email address, desired password, and created PlayStation Account name. Enter your birth date and telephone number before selecting the confirmation button on the bottom right-hand corner.

There are a few considerations to bear in mind when you’re using multiple PSN accounts on one Vita. For starters, the account is linked to the memory card of your choice. As such, if you want to switch cards between different consoles, you’ll have to reset it each time first.
