If you’re like most people, you probably use Deezer to listen to your favorite music. But if you’re like most people, you probably don’t want to keep using Deezer if you’re not going to be able to continue listening. Here’s how to close your account and stop using Deezer:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on the “Your Account” tab at the top of the page.
  3. Under “My Account Settings,” click on “Deactivate My Account.”
  4. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields, and click on “Deactivate My Account.”

You may stop your membership at any time through the Deezer app or website. When you cancel, you will be returned to the Deezer Free plan automatically.

If you cancel your membership, you will still have access to all of your playlists and favorite music. Simply changing to Deezer Free will return your account to its former state. Any music you’ve downloaded to your device will not be accessible without an internet connection

Subscriptions to Deezer are billed on a monthly basis. You might have inadvertently created another Deezer account with a different email address. You subscribed twice using two separate Deezer accounts, each using a different payment method, such as credit cards, iTunes, your mobile provider, etc.

Select your user profile icon in the upper-right corner. select Account Settings from the drop-down menu. Go to the My information page. you’ll discover your new Username, which is also visible to other Deezer users, under the Deezer information category.
