If you’re an Amazon Prime member, there’s a good chance you have an account with one of the company’s many partners. But what if you want to change your primary account holder? There are a few ways to do this, but the most common is to go to amazon.com/prime and sign in with your current account information. Then, under “My Account,” select “Change my primary account holder.” Once you’ve made this change, your Amazon Prime account will be linked with the new account holder. You can continue using your old account information or create a new one if you’d like.
You can transfer your prime to another account, but only if you’re the account owner.
A Prime membership is only good for one user. If you want to share the price with someone else, you need to get them their own account.
You can change your account holder name by logging in to your PayPal account and going to “Profile Settings” on the left-hand side of the screen. Enter the new name in the “Account Name” field, then click on “Update.
