  1. Go to the BPI website at www.bpi.gov.ph and click on “My Account” on the top right corner of the homepage.
  2. On the My Account page, click on “Change Name/Status” in the left column.
  3. On the Change Name/Status page, enter your new name in the “New Name” field and click on “Submit” to submit your request.
  4. Your new name will be reflected in your My Account page immediately and you can start using it when you next visit a BPI office or online service. ..
