If you have a BT account, you can change your email address on your account. To do this, go to the Accounts page and click on the link to change your email address. Once you have changed your email address, you will need to log in to your account and update your settings. You will need to provide new information about yourself such as your name, date of birth, and other important information. After updating your settings, you should be able to login and see the new email address in the Accounts page.


To change your login details, go to My BT, log in using that account, then select Settings, Profile. Look for the “Your BT ID details” and “Your recovery information” sections below. Click on the edit links to update your contact information.

If you’re a BT customer, go to Your accounts and find the email tile. Select Manage from the Email tile. If you have a premium email with BT, choose Premium Mail after selecting the link to manage. Next, select the email addresses or addresses you want to remove and confirm your choice.

Log in to My BT using your BT ID. Click Your Package, then Inclusive extras. Next, click the BT Email icon under Your smarter broadband options. Then choose Manage BTP E-Mail from the drop-down menu. You should see all of your sub-accounts if you’re the main BT ID account holder.

You may link any BT email address to another broadband or Premium email billing account as long as you’re the account holder of the receiving account. The gaining account already has an email address linked to it. You know the password for the email address you wish to transfer.

Change your billing address by going to My BT and logging in. Click Billing & Usage on the left-hand menu. Scroll down to the bottom of the page for a list of quick links, then choose Change Billing Address. Follow the instructions on each screen, then scroll down and click Submit in the bottom right-hand corner.
