If you’re a T-Mobile customer, there are a few things you can do to cancel your account. Here’s how:

  1. Log into your account and click on the “Cancel Account” link at the top of the page. This will take you to a confirmation page that asks for your contact information and password.
  2. Enter your contact information and password in the fields below and click on the “Cancel Account” button. Your account will be cancelled and all data will be deleted.
  3. If you have any questions or want to keep your account active, please visit our customer service center at 1-800-T-MOBILE (1-800-843-5245).

If you cancel your contract in the last month, you’ll have to pay a $50 convenience fee or the monthly recurring charges, whichever is less. T-Mobile gives you a 20-day grace period after signing up to terminate your contract without incurring early termination fees.
