If you have a personal computer and are a member of the Pacific Highway Association (PHA), you can cancel your account by going to the PHA website and clicking on the “Cancel Account” link. If you do not have a PHA membership, you can still cancel your account by writing to the PHA office at PO Box 9771, Honolulu, HI 96819-9771 and submitting your request in writing.
Sign in, if prompted. Select ‘Subscriptions’. Find the PCH app and click ‘Cancel Subscription’.
Where can I find my auto-ship account number?
All PCH Account users can now do most services at pch.com, including checking order status, viewing account balances or paying with a credit/debit card. To access your Account please have your Customer ID or Order Number.
