But if you want to cancel your account, there are a few things you need to know. First, make sure that you have the correct information on your account. If you don’t have your password or your contact information, it’s likely that someone else has access to your account and can cancel it without warning. Second, be sure to cancel the account if you no longer want to use it. This will stop any future payments from being sent to your bank account and will also remove all of the data from your device. Finally, be sure to follow these steps:

  • Log in or create an account - Click on the “Cancel my membership” button - Enter my email address and password - Click on the “Cancel my membership” button again

On a web browser, go to help.loseit.com/hc. Select “Get Help” in the bottom right corner. Into the text box, type your inquiry. Request Ask Question by selecting it from the drop-down menu.
