If you’re a Deezer user, there’s a good chance you’ve heard of the company’s free trial program. If not, here’s how to cancel your free trial:
- Log in to your account and click on the “Cancel My Free Trial” button.
- Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription and receive a refund for any unused months.
- If you have an annual subscription, be sure to cancel it too!
Select your profile photograph. Select Account Settings from the drop-down menu. nScroll down to the bottom of the screen and select Delete my account. Make sure you have your Deezer password on hand before clicking Remove My Account.
When the trial is over, will it begin charging me? Hello, Emma Whitehead. According to our system, only the 15-day free trial of Deezer Premium is activated on your Deezer account. You did not enter any payment information and don’t need to cancel any subscriptions for this Deezer account.
You may find Apple’s instructions for canceling subscriptions on its help page, but the simplest method to cancel Deezer is to open the Settings app on your iPhone, scroll down until you see ‘Deezer’, and then tap ‘Cancel Subscription.
Subscriptions to Deezer are paid on a monthly basis. You accidentally signed up for a second Deezer account with a different email address. You joined the service using two separate Deezer accounts with two distinct payment options, such as credit cards, iTunes, your mobile provider, etc.
Select your profile image in the top right corner. Go to Account Settings under My Profile. Select Delete my account from the drop-down menu at the bottom of the screen. In order to delete your Deezer account, type in your password and hit Remove Account.
