If you have an account with Bitdefender, there are a few things you can do to cancel it.
- Log in to your account and click on the “Cancel Account” link at the top of the page.
- Type in your email address and password and click on the “Cancel Account” button.
- Click on the “Create New Account” button and enter your new information. You will be asked to choose a password, which you will need to remember.
- Click on the “Create Account” button and you will be taken to a confirmation page that asks for your email address and password. If everything goes according to plan, you will be able to log in and finish cancelling your account without having to enter any additional information again!
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your Bitdefender Central account and going to the My Subscriptions page: all you have to do is choose My Payments from the drop-down menu. We also recommend contactingBitdefender Support if you encounter any problems.
To delete an account, go to your Account Management page. Select My Account from the drop-down menu. Click on the DELETE ACCOUNT button from the Delete Account screen. nOpen the confirmation email you received and click on the DELETE ACCOUNT option.
If you leave this option enabled when purchasing Bitdefender through www.bitdefender.com, you will receive e-mail alerts to let you know that your subscription will auto-renew. Before it expires, your subscription will be automatically renewed, and you won’t have to log in to renew it manually.
