If you’re an Amazon Prime member and have an Amazon Sling account, you can cancel your account at any time. To do this, go to the Amazon Sling website and click on the “Cancel Account” link. You’ll need to provide your name, email address, and password to confirm your cancellation. Once you’ve cancelled your account, all of your content will be deleted and you won’t be able to access it again until you re-register or create a new account.


Go to Manage Your Prime Video Channels and select Prime Video Channels. Choose the subscription you want to cancel. Select Cancel Channel, then confirm your decision.

Go to the section “Update Payment Information.” Edit or change your credit card on file, as well as your billing information. Click SUBMIT to save any modifications you’ve made to your billing information.

Select Account from the drop-down menu at the top right corner of the screen. You may delete your account here. After you’ve selected the Delete account, you’ll be prompted to provide a reason for canceling the account. Finally, you’ll be asked to confirm your password again.

Go to your account and click on the “Manage” button next to the relevant app. Then, under Digital content and devices, choose “Your Apps.” Under Manage, select “Your Subscriptions.” Update as needed.
