Sky multiroom is a great way to watch your favourite shows and movies in different rooms of your house, but cancelling it can be a bit tricky. Here’s how to do it:
- Log into your Sky account.
- Click on the ‘My Services’ tab.
- Under ‘Multiroom’, click on the blue ‘Cancel’ button next to your Sky multiroom account. ..
You may go right now to call sky. You will be charged as usual until you cancel via a public forum, which is impossible because you don’t have that option.
Contact the Sky rep through live chat and inform them that you wish to cancel your Sky membership. You may be instructed to talk with the operator over the phone if you speak with a representative. You should be able to cancel your account without having to make a phone call using Live Chat.
The Sky Q Multiscreen basic cost is an extra £12 per month, bringing the total to £4.99 a day for three days (or four channels) of live TV or more than 15 hours of catch-up content. You can also pay £9.99 a month to extend your current subscription by one year and get access to unlimited data.
