If you’re a fan of HBO, there’s a good chance that you’ve subscribed to its Prime service. If not, it’s time to cancel your subscription. There are a few ways to cancel your HBO subscription on Prime: by calling 1-800-HBO-CANCELLATION (1-800-853-4EC3), visiting the website or app HBO.com, or by emailing prime@hbo.com. If you’re cancelling on the website or app, be sure to create an account and enter your name and email address so that you can receive notices about your cancellation and how to get your money back. If you’re cancelling by email, be sure to include your name, email address and credit card number so that we can process the cancellation for you quickly. If all else fails, there are also several ways to get your money back if you’ve cancelled on Prime: by returning the product(s) within 30 days of when they were received, through our return policy at hbo.com/returns, or by calling 1-800-HBO-CANCELLATION (1-800-853-4EC3).
