If you have an iPhone or iPad, there are a few ways to cancel an app purchase.

  1. Open the App Store and select “Cancel Purchase.”
  2. Type in your Apple ID and password and click on the “Cancel Purchase” button.
  3. If you have an Apple Watch, open the App Store and select “Cancel Purchase.”

Tap or click “I’d like to,” then select “Request a refund” at the bottom of the page. Select the reason for your refund, then go on to the next step. Choose an app, subscription, or another item, and then finish the form.

Open the Settings menu. Go to iTunes & App Store and select it. Select your Apple ID from the drop-down menu.

To cancel an order or item, go to Online Order Status and select the View Orders option. Find the thing you want to cancel on the Your Orders page and click the Cancel items link. The status message of each item(s) will change to “Cancelled” once you’ve submitted your cancellation request.

Click View My Apple ID in the iTunes Store app on your device, then Manage Purchases under Settings. On the Account Information page in iTunes on your device, scroll all the way to the bottom and look for Manage Purchases. To the right of any purchase you wish to cancel, click Cancel.

Open the Messages app and go to the conversation. Tap the payment in the Messages app. Tap it a second time to complete your transaction. Tap Cancel Payment to end your purchase.
