- Log in to your Adobe account and click on the “My Account” tab.

- Your account will be cancelled and you will not be able to access your files or projects until you re-subscribe.
You may cancel your Adobe Creative Cloud membership at any time via your account page or by filling out a contact form. You’ll get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of signing up for the program. After 14 days, your payment is non-refundable, and your service will continue until the end of the contract period.
To cancel your plan, go to the Adobe Account website (or use the menus to get to your account, then plans) and click the “manage plan” button on the plan you wish to cancel. There, you’ll be able to cancel it.
You can cancel your membership at any time on the Adobe Account page or by contacting Customer Support. You will not be charged if you cancel during your free trial. If you terminate your paid subscription within 14 days of the start of it, you will get a full refund.
A 12-month contract is required. If you terminate your subscription early, you must pay a penalty (50% of the remaining months).
To cancel a plan, go to Manage Plans in the Premium Suite. Select Cancel a plan from the drop-down menu. If you don’t see it, try again. Indicate why you’re canceling your service and then select Continue. To complete your cancellation, follow the on-screen instructions.
