If you’re a Lyft user and would like to cancel your subscription, here are some steps to follow:

  1. Log in to your account and click on the “Cancel Subscription” button at the top of the page.
  2. If you have a driver account, they will be able to cancel your subscription for you. If you don’t have a driver account, please email us at cancellation@lyft.com and we’ll help you out!
  3. If you’re using an Uber or UberXL account, please contact them directly to cancel your subscription.

Lyft does not automatically refund if you cancel. You will have to contact customer service for a refund.

If you cancel your LYFT ride, you can request a refund by tapping “Contact Support” in the app. If this is not available, please contact the LYFT support team at lyft.com/contactus or 1-888-979-8989.

It depends on the situation. If you are cancelling because of an emergency or to go somewhere else, then it is free. If you are cancelling because you don’t like the driver or for some other reason, then it will cost $5.

If you’re trying to get in contact with Lyft, you can email them at [email protected] or call their customer service line at 1-888-979-8262.

Lyft has a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your experience, contact Lyft within 30 days of the ride to request a full refund.

There are a few ways to cancel a Lyft ride without being charged. One way is to cancel the ride within 5 minutes of requesting it. Another way is to call customer service and ask for a refund. If you’re in the car and want to cancel, tap “Cancel” on the screen and then confirm your cancellation.

I think it’s possible that you’re not cancelling your ride, and the driver is waiting for you. Either way, I recommend contacting customer service to help resolve the issue.
