MSP deletes inactive accounts if the account is no longer used or if it is no longer in good standing.
As a result of our system, the number of users on your team will grow in sync with their performance and involvement because they will be incentivized to keep playing. You needn’t worry about us deleting accounts that have purchased VIP; no matter how inactive they become! The cleaning up of dormant players is limited to players who haven’t engaged with them.

Roblox deletes dormant accounts to make room on its servers for new players. If you don’t log into your account for a year, it will be removed automatically.
Please login to your account on a computer and click the Help button in the upper right corner, then select “My User” and “Delete User.” You must use the correct username and password for the account you want to remove.
She hasn’t logged in for a long time, but hackers have been able to get access to her account for nefarious reasons and eventually cause her account to be deleted in May 2020.
