Activision has a policy that requires customers to reset their account if they change their address, or if they lose their account password. If you can’t reset your account, you may be able to get a new one through the company’s customer service.

After resetting your Activision account, log back into it and make sure you didn’t lose any game progress. If everything is still in place, then you’ve successfully changed your email on your Activision Account while keeping all of your settings intact.
If you have more than one device attached to your original account that are not linked to other accounts, you may want to go through this process for each device individually. For example, if this is a shared computer or console, reset the password on these devices independently by logging into them first before proceeding with changing the email address for your main account. This will ensure they won’t have access to any of your online Activision games going forward.
