If you’ve deleted your TikTok account, there’s a good chance you can get it back. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your account and click on the “History” tab.
  2. Under “History Dates,” select the date you want to retrieve your account information from.
  3. Click on the “Download History” button next to that date and save the file to your computer.
  4. Go to tiktok.com and enter your login information into the “Recover Your Account” form.
