Inactive Player Moderator accounts are deleted after 5 years of inactivity.
This means that you have not logged in to the account you logged into last year. Jagex do not reset accounts back to zero. If you are having trouble remembering your login, use the Forgotten login support page.
They do not delete accounts. If you stop being active for too long, they will remove you from the hiscores.
