Yes, cPanel can include emails in a full backup.

Login in to your previous cPanel account. Select the “Backup Wizard” option from the drop-down menu. Click on the “Generate Backup” button. From File Manager, download the backup file for your username

A complete cPanel backup copies all of your information, email, databases, and other files. After you start the process, you have to allow it time to run. The server can send you an email to the address you specify once the backup is finished downloading.

A complete backup file includes your /home directory, databases, email forwarders, and filters. It is not possible to restore a website utilizing a full backup file through the cPanel interface.

To include custom files or directories in system backups, create a new file or directory in the /var/Cpanel/backups/extras folder (for example, /var/Cpanel/backups/extras/etc ). Enter an absolute path to any files you wish to back up in that file.

On the left side, click on Restore & Download. Select Backup from the list and then Restoration followed by a restoration will automatically be displayed. Click on Restart to restart your server.
